We approach the channel and our manufacturing partners with a holistic approach; combining channel and new business development, sales strategies, account management and marketing into a comprehensive process.

.In addition, we offer a high level of service, which includes our Design Service tool for designing CI, Home Theatre and Hi-Fi projects in commercial and residential applications.

 
 

TRAINING

We focus on all aspects of training to ensure our channel partners represent our manufacturers brands correctly. Education of both the distribution and dealer base is essential to success.

Our focus goes beyond product training. We offer marketing training to our channel partners to ensure our represented brands are represented to a high standard.

Peter Shilkin

Peter Shilkin has been in the Audio-Visual industry for over twenty years. Having gained a wealth of experience in sales and marketing roles for companies such as Cadbury Schweppes and Panasonic, Peter established his own agency business model based in Perth in 2007 and has been extremely successful in representing Australian wholesalers during this period.

In 2015 Peter launched Dream AV, a marketing and design company focussed on improving digital marketing aspects for the wholesalers he represented and offering a complete design service to the industry. Peter also has a strong background in CI based products, Hi-Fi, Home Cinema and Theatre as well as Designer Audio.

Peter is based in Perth, Australia.

Nigel Ng

Nigel Ng has been in the audio-visual industry for over nine years. With academic and professional experience in the engineering and business sectors, combined with a local and field technical experience in the audio-visual industry, Nigel’s technical and strategic experience is both broad, specific and always developing.

Nigel has a strong background in Hi-Fi, custom and automation products and focusses on developing his technical expertise to best serve the supply chain.

Nigel is based in Sydney, Australia.
